Parcel Shipping
Most flooring orders ship via parcel carrier (Canpar, Purolator, or Canada Post). Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our BC warehouse.
Freight Delivery
Large orders (typically 20+ boxes) may ship via freight carrier (Day & Ross or Manitoulin). Freight deliveries are curbside — the driver will lower the pallet to ground level. You'll need to move boxes inside yourself or arrange help.
Sample Shipping
Samples ship free via Canada Post lettermail. Allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Each sample costs $5, which is credited toward your full order.
Returns Policy
Unopened, undamaged boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping costs. Opened boxes cannot be returned unless the product is defective. Contact us before shipping any returns.
